How we teach
Short, focused practice sessions with peer feedback — refining one teaching skill at a time before going into a real classroom.
Structured practice teaching at partner schools across Ghaziabad, with mentor teachers observing and guiding every lesson.
Smart boards, OHPs, LMS workflows and audio-visual labs — trainees graduate fluent in classrooms that look like 2026, not 1996.
Lesson diaries, peer review and supervisor feedback turn every classroom hour into evidence for the next one.
